From a young age, I’ve always been curious about ways to grow and improve, both mentally and physically. One of my earliest experiments was teaching myself to write left-handed, simply as a way to engage more of my brain. Over time, this curiosity turned into a lifelong journey of self-discovery and learning.
Along the way, I began pursuing certifications in health and wellness, driven by a desire to help others on their own paths to becoming their best selves. I see it as a privilege to share what I’ve learned and to support others in finding balance, vitality, and a sense of fulfillment in their lives.
Today, in 2025, I continue to apply the same practices, habits, and mindsets that I am credentialed in to have fun and be happy in my life. Through experimentation, resourcefulness, and creativity, I strive to embody the principles I teach and to show up as my best self every day.
